Partial dentures usually include replacement teeth fixed to an acrylic base. They often include a thin framework or clasps that attach to your natural teeth to create a secure it. While your denture may feel awkward or uncomfortable for a few weeks, your mouth will adjust to it soon enough. Never attempt to force your denture into place by biting down, as this could bend or break the clasps and damage your teeth.
